Property Refurbishment & Loft Conversion Cobham
We recently carried out a property refurbishment project at a property in Cobham, making some changes to the layout to improve the home’s functionality. This property had a major upgrade with a loft conversion that added a spacious double bedroom and a stylish ensuite.
To maximise space, we removed the chimney and reworked the layout to create a more open, practical feel. We also installed a new staircase with two winders, and added fully fitted wardrobes to make the most of the new space. The ensuite features a bath with a shower over, electric underfloor heating, and full Herringbone tiling throughout to bring a touch of character. The whole project was brought together via a quality finish, using Farrow & Ball paint for a clean, modern look.
