Loft conversion Epsom
We recently completed a loft conversion at a property in Epsom, turning an unused attic into a bright, comfortable living space. The homeowners wanted an extra room, and the loft provided the perfect opportunity to add more space without extending outwards or adding a house extension.
The new loft room is spacious, light-filled, and feels like a natural extension of the home. We added large roof windows to bring in daylight, and the old attic space is now a modern, peaceful retreat, ideal for relaxing and entertaining guests.
As part of the project, we also upgraded the insulation, flooring, and electrics, making sure everything meets modern standards and is built to last. Access was improved with a new staircase that blends in seamlessly with the rest of the house. Everything was finished to our usual high standard, with clean lines and a simple, modern feel.
From the planning stage through to completion, we worked closely with the client to ensure the layout and design worked for their lifestyle and budget. We took care of all the building regs and kept the disruption to a minimum throughout the process.
