Building Alteration In Esher
We recently carried out a building alteration project at a property in Esher, helping the clients to make better use of their existing space. They didn’t need a full house extension, just some changes to the layout to improve the aesthetics and functionality of their home.
The project involved removing an internal wall and window and replacing them with bi-fold doors that open out onto a decking area, creating a seamless transition to the outside. Not only have the new doors increased the amount of natural light in the adjoining room, but the clients now have a comfortable outdoor area for sitting, dining, and relaxing in, plus they can make the most of the great view.
We handled all the structural work, including steel beam installation where needed, and made sure everything was signed off properly under building regulations. Once the layout changes were done, we took care of the finishing touches - plastering, flooring, and railings.
